| PERRIN Performance™ Subaru endlinks are precision cut from virgin aluminum ensuring strength, durability, and crisp sway bar response. Their endlinks use a set of zinc-plated steel spacers which are placed between the sway bar and the link to get the dramatic angles needed for performance driving. With PERRIN Performance™ end links your car will have a solid connection between the control arms and the sway bar. PERRIN Performance™ end links feature a PTFE Teflon™ liner which is bonded to the inside of the bearing race, keeping out dirt or road grime and effectively cleaning the surface of the bearing as the end link goes through its natural movements. The Teflon™ liner will also dampen against noise and vibration. Spherical bearings allow more dramatic angles to the sway bar movements, preventing the wheels from being lifted off the ground. These bearings are not made of rubber or urethane. They are made from 5200 series heat-treated steel, then chrome plated to make them virtually indestructible. With a static radial load resistance to 13,250 lbs, you simply cannot break the bearings in Perrin's end links. Perrin's research and development staff has developed a specific press technique for this application that makes it virtually impossible for the bearing to be removed once installed. The walls of the bearing-retaining surface are compressed onto the bearing in a double "swedge" technique. The perfect complement to aftermarket swaybars.
