| The USRT SmartSpray system increases intercooler efficiency and reduces charge air temperature, resulting in restored horsepower. To not waste water while still being very effective, an intercooler spray system needs to be use an intelligent, adaptive-learning controller. Because the system only operates when it is really needed, water consumption is reduced by up to 80 percent, while dramatically increasing cooling performance.
Single or multiple fine mist water spray nozzles directed towards the front mounted intercooler are activated automatically by the SmartSpray control module. An algorithm in the system optimizes charge air cooling while monitoring ambient air temperature, charge air temperature, and engine load to determine when to spray the intercooler.

The USRT SmartSpray can be interfaced with any 12V water pump or can trigger nitrous or CO2 cryo coolers. It is supplied with the control module, temperature sensors, wiring looms and installation documentation.
Each Smart Spray ordered includes the following:

*Please keep in mind this a universal product. With the infinite turbocharged vehicle and intercooler configurations out there, developing a kit for every combonation is very difficult.
